After evalution of public policy positions , BVLI has voted to endorse these National and Statewide candidates.

Long Island Candidates

Earlier this month, local candidates on the ballot across Long Island were asked to submit a response to the following question: When in office, what will you do to reduce harm and ensure there is social and economic equity for Black Long Islanders? If you are an incumbent, what policies/initiatives/laws have you supported that do this? Based on their answer and their positions on public record, BVLI has voted to endorse these candidates.
